Aamir Khan Regrets: According to Aamir Khan, who is going to be 60 years old, there are many directors in the film industry with whom he is yet to work. During a conversation, he especially took the name of showman Subhash Ghai (Director Subhash Ghai) and said that he was never approached by him for any film.

Actually, Aamir Khan, famous as Mr. Perfectionist, was talking to screenwriter and lyricist Javed Akhtar during an event in Mumbai. During this, he revealed this about his professional life. During this, Aamir also said that after his debut film ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ as a lead hero (Aamir Khan Debut Movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak), he had to struggle for good scripts.

Aamir Khan said to Javed Akhtar, “Among the directors with whom I wanted to work, there is the successful Subhash Ghai. You know that at that time he used to be a top director and I wanted to work with him. But no one offered me a film.” When Aamir said that the directors did not offer him a film, Javed Akhtar asked, “Have you ever thanked them?” To this Aamir said, “So I accepted the rest of the offers and after choosing, when the shooting started, I realized what I had actually done?”

During the conversation, Javed Akhtar praised Aamir Khan and said, “Who in his right mind could have done a film like ‘Dangal’, in which there is an old man (Mahavir Singh Phogat) who loses to his daughter in wrestling? All actors work with directors who have given hit films. You take risks that no one else can do.” Aamir reacted to this and said that he had the quality of selection at a very early stage in his life. According to Aamir, after his first film ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’, he had to struggle for good scripts, but even at that time he refused to do many films.

Aamir said, “In my bad times, I showed the courage to say ‘no’. That is why it is still in my behavior today. If I had compromised at that time, my entire career would have been full of compromises. In my bad times, I got an offer for a film from Mahesh Bhatt, but I did not like it and showed the courage to say this to Mahesh Bhatt.”
