On the occasion of Holi, UP Roadways has introduced a special incentive plan to honor its dedicated drivers and conductors. Employees who consistently perform their duties with sincerity will be rewarded with a special bonus. Drivers and conductors who complete 10 consecutive days of duty, covering at least 300 kilometers daily, will receive an additional incentive of ₹3,500, separate from their regular salary.

For those who extend their duty to 11 consecutive days, the incentive will be increased to ₹4,400. This initiative aims to recognize and appreciate the hard work of the staff who play a crucial role in ensuring smooth bus operations during the festive season. The move is expected to boost morale and encourage employees to maintain high standards of service while catering to the increased travel demand during Holi celebrations.
